• Trakt's /sync/history and /sync/history/remove both return 200 OK with a body summarizing what actually matched (added/deleted counts, not_found lists) even when nothing did - dispatchTrakt never read that body, so a canonical replay's clear-existing-plays step could silently fail to match anything on Trakt's side while telemetry still reported a clean success
• Reproduced live: re-ran Force Sync's Set Plembfin as Source of Truth for G'wed and every episode logged Trakt success, but all 8 previously-duplicated episodes were still sitting under their old date on trakt.tv afterward
• dispatchTrakt now inspects the response: a non-empty not_found on the add step is reported as an error instead of a false success, and a canonical replay's clear step reports how many plays it actually deleted and how many it could not recognize
