Plex, Emby, Jellyfin, and Trakt do not talk to each other. Plembfin sits in the middle: it records every play in a local database you own, then sends watched state and resume position back out to the rest of your stack.

THE LOOP

Track it. Remember it. Sync it back.

Four steps run continuously, with a delivery result recorded for every destination.

01 TrackPlays, pauses, and stops arrive by webhook and polling from your media servers. 02 RememberEach watch is recorded once, locally, with its date, source, and progress. 03 Auto-syncWatched state and resume position go back out to every other connected service. 04 RestoreAdd media or rebuild a library and the local record is replayed onto it.

The result is a history that survives a rebuilt library, a moved server, or a service that was offline when you watched. Local backups protect that archive on the instance; remote backups copy it to an enabled destination.
